Come and visit the south, in the peak of whitetail deer rut! Alabama Christian Academy is hosting a Charity Deer Hunt. This is a great opportunity to get in 4 hunts on some of the best hunting land in central Alabama. The hunt is scheduled for January 21 and 22 with check-in on Thursday, January 20, from 4 PM -6PM at the school. This is an all-inclusive hunt which will include transportation, lodging, meals and dressing of bagged deer.

Hunt Dates: January 21 and 22, 2011. Hunter registration will be on Thursday, January 20, from 4PM-6PM at Alabama Christian Academy gymnasium.

Price: $800

Payment Methods: Payment in full is expected by January 10, 2011. Any payments received after this date will go toward an increase in cost of $900.

Monthly payments may be made by mailing to ACA Deer Hunt, 4700 Wares Ferry Road, Montgomery, AL 36109. A deposit of $300 must be received by November 30, 2010 to ensure a spot.

Hunt Package: Two full days of hunting (gun and/or bow) in the central Alabama counties of Montgomery, Elmore, Lowndes, Dallas, Pike and Tallapoosa with local guides on privately owned land. Transportation to and from the airport, as well as to the hunting sight and back to the hotel, will be provided. Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Friday and Saturday. Any deer harvested will be cleaned, quartered and refrigerated for you or donated to the Montgomery County Food Bank. Door prizes to be given at the dinners on Friday and Saturday night.

Bag Limits: Determined by Alabama state laws and/or individual land owners.

License: Licenses are available online at outdooralabama.com or at any Wal-Mart. Licenses should be purchased before arriving.

Children: Children who have completed the Alabama Hunting Safety Course may hunt with a parent for an additional $400. This should be made known when placing a deposit.

Lodging: Hunters will be housed (two per room) at the Hampton Inn at Eastchase and lodging is included in price. Some hunters may have the option of staying in cabins on land to be hunted but cost is still the same.

Equipment: If you want a climber, bring your own. If hunting from an elevated stand you MUST wear a safety harness and you will need to provide this as well. If you have specific questions feel free to ask your guide who will contact you well in advance of the hunt to ensure everything is covered and answer any questions you may have before the hunt.

Special Needs: We will try to accommodate special needs if we are informed in advance.

Corporate Events: Arrangements may be made for corporate events that may need meeting rooms, etc. Please requests these needs as soon as possible.
